Scale of Pay: ₹39,300 – ₹83,000/-
Vacancies: 03 (Three) – currently existing

18–36 years (Born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007, both dates inclusive)
Usual relaxation for OBC, SC/ST as per Kerala PSC rules.

Pass in SSLC or equivalent examination.
Pass in KGTE/MGTE in Book Binding (Higher).
Proficiency in binding and mending old records — to be proved in a practical test conducted by Kerala PSC during selection.

Additional Notes:

Equivalent qualifications recognized by Government orders are accepted.
Degrees/Diplomas from UGC-approved universities or legally established institutions are valid for government service appointments.

Mode: Online only through One Time Registration at www.keralapsc.gov.in.
Already registered candidates can apply by logging in and clicking ‘Apply Now’ for this post.
Photograph Requirements:
- Taken within last 6 months.
- Candidate’s name & date printed at the bottom.
- Valid for 10 years after upload.
No application fee.
Keep printout/soft copy of the application for reference.

If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must confirm participation via profile within the given period.
Only those who confirm can download Admission Ticket in the last 15 days before the exam.

Any difference in caste/community details must be supported by Gazette Notification & valid certificate during verification.
Applications not in accordance with PSC General Conditions will be rejected.
False claims about qualifications/experience will result in disqualification, debarment, legal action, or dismissal from service.
