🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
- 18–42 years (Born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2007)
- Age relaxations as per rules (Maximum age limit cannot exceed 50 years).
Educational Qualification:
- Pass in Standard VII / IIIrd Form.
Driving Licence:
- Valid Driving Licence (minimum 3 years standing) to drive Medium/Heavy Goods/Passenger Motor Vehicles with Driver’s Badge.
Practical Test:
- Candidates must pass ‘T’ Test and Road Test conducted by Kerala PSC.
Medical Fitness Requirements:
- Perfect hearing.
- Vision Standards:
- Distant Vision – 6/6 Snellen (both eyes)
- Near Vision – 0.5 Snellen (both eyes)
- Normal colour vision, no night blindness.
- Normal joints and nervous system, no paralysis or infectious diseases.
🔹 Method of Appointment
- Direct Recruitment – from candidates belonging exclusively to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava community in Kerala.
⚠️ Already employed in this post in any district cannot apply again. Transfer to another district is allowed only after 5 years of continuous service.
🔹 Special Note for Differently Abled Candidates
- Only candidates belonging to ASD (M, MoD), ID (M), and SLD categories (eligible for 4% reservation) will be considered.
- Others will be rejected.
🔹 Application Procedure
- Must register under “One Time Registration” at KPSC site.
- Apply through profile → click “Apply Now” on this post.
- Upload a recent passport photo (taken within 6 months, with name & date printed). Validity: 10 years.
- No application fee.
- Keep a printout/soft copy of the submitted application.
- Aadhaar must be linked as ID proof.

🔹 Key Instructions
- Discrepancies in caste/community in application vs SSLC book require Gazette notification.
- Applications with false claims of qualification/experience will face disqualification, answer sheet cancellation, or permanent ban from PSC exams.
