1. Posts & Pay Levels
(Level as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix; vacancy & age limits as per detailed post table in notification)
- Nursing Superintendent – Level 7 (₹44,900 + allowances)
- Dialysis Technician – Level 6 (₹35,400 + allowances)
- Health & Malaria Inspector Gr. II – Level 6 (₹35,400 + allowances)
- Pharmacist (Entry Grade) – Level 5 (₹29,200 + allowances)
- Radiographer (X-Ray Technician) – Level 5 (₹29,200 + allowances)
- ECG Technician – Level 4 (₹25,500 + allowances)
- Laboratory Assistant Grade II – Level 3 (₹21,700 + allowances)

2. Vacancies
- Total vacancies distributed among various RRBs and posts.
- Reservation for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, PwBD, ExSM as per Government of India norms.
- PwBD suitability for posts indicated in the vacancy table.
3. Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Varies by post (generally 18–33 years for most posts).
- Relaxations:
- OBC-NCL: +3 years
- SC/ST: +5 years
- PwBD: +10 years (plus category relaxations)
- Additional relaxations for ExSM, Railway Staff, etc.
4. Educational Qualification
- Minimum required education and experience varies by post:
- Nursing Superintendent: B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent + registration with Nursing Council
- Dialysis Technician: B.Sc. in Haemodialysis Technology or relevant diploma
- Pharmacist: 10+2 (Science) + Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy + registration
- Others as per post-specific requirements in notification.
5. Medical Standards
- Each post mapped to B1, C1, or C2 medical standard as per Indian Railway Medical Manual.
- Includes vision requirements, absence of color blindness, and overall physical fitness.
6. Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – Single stage, objective-type MCQs:
- Professional ability (post-specific syllabus)
- General Awareness
- General Arithmetic, General Intelligence & Reasoning
- General Science
- Negative marking: –1/3 mark per wrong answer
- Document Verification (DV) – 1:1 ratio from merit list
- Medical Examination – As per standard for the post
7. Examination Language
- CBT will be available in 15 languages including English, Hindi, and regional languages.
8. Application Fee
- UR/OBC: ₹500 (₹400 refunded after appearing in CBT)
- SC/ST, EWS, Women, Minorities, PwBD, Transgender, ExSM: ₹250 (full refund after appearing in CBT)
9. Important Dates
- Opening of Online Registration: 09.08.2025
- Closing of Online Registration: 08.09.2025 (23:59 hrs)
- Application Modification Window: 09.09.2025 to 18.09.2025
- CBT Tentative Date: December 2025

- Valid mobile number & email ID required throughout recruitment process.
- Upload recent photograph & signature as per specifications.
- Multiple applications = disqualification.
11. Special Instructions
- SC/ST candidates eligible for free second-class railway pass for CBT travel.
- PwBD candidates may request a scribe; must submit details during application.
- Certificates (caste, PwBD, service, etc.) must follow prescribed formats.
- Fraudulent claims lead to disqualification and legal action.
