- Ranked list will remain valid for 1 to 3 years.
- Kerala PSC can cancel advice for appointment if issued by mistake (within probation period or 240 days from joining).
- 4% reservation for eligible differently-abled candidates as per RPwD Act, 2016.

Direct Recruitment
Age Limit
- 18–36 years (Born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007, both dates inclusive).
- Usual age relaxation for OBC, SC, and ST candidates.
- Provisional hands in the same concern: relaxation up to 5 years (with service certificate), provided they were within the prescribed age at first appointment.
- Regular employees are not eligible for this concession.
Educational Qualifications
- Pass in SSLC or equivalent examination recognized by the Government of Kerala.
- Certificate of successful training in Bee Keeping from an institution approved by the Khadi and Village Industries Commission or Board.
- Equivalent/higher qualifications recognized by Government are also acceptable.
- Government Order proving equivalency must be produced when required.
Probation
As per the recruitment rules of the Kerala Khadi and Village Industries Board.
Application Process
- One Time Registration via www.keralapsc.gov.in is mandatory.
- Registered candidates apply via profile → “Apply Now” button.
- New applicants must upload a recent photograph (taken within 6 months) with name & date printed at the bottom (valid for 10 years once uploaded).
- No application fee.
- Application cannot be deleted or edited after submission.
- Keep a print/soft copy for reference.
Examination & Confirmation
- If Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted:
- Candidates must confirm attendance via their profile within the specified period.
- Admission Tickets available only in the last 15 days before exam for those who confirm.
Special Instructions
- Any caste/community differences between application and SSLC book must be supported by Gazette notification + relevant certificates.
- Applications not complying with notification & general conditions will be rejected.
- False claims can lead to disqualification, debarment, or legal action under Rule 22 of Kerala PSC Rules of Procedure.
