🎓 Educational Qualification

Mandatory (for both posts):

  • B.E./B.Tech (IT/ Computers/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication) OR MCA with 60% minimum marks.

Preferable:

  • MBA / Executive MBA.

Preferred Certifications (valid as of 31.08.2025):

  • PMP (PMI) / PRINCE2
  • NPCI Certification of Payment Systems
  • RBI Certified Payment Specialist
  • CCIP / CISSP / PCI QSA / CRCP

💼 Work Experience

  • Manager (MMGS-III): Minimum 5 years post-qualification in Digital Payments / AFC / FASTag / FinTech / Risk Management / CRM.
  • Deputy Manager (MMGS-II): Minimum 3 years in the same fields.
    (Training/teaching not counted. Experience certificates must clearly specify duties, duration, and role.)

📌 Job Profile & Responsibilities

For both posts (illustrative, not exhaustive):

  • Drive digital payments strategy aligned with SBI roadmap.
  • Stakeholder management (internal departments, partners, system integrators).
  • Monitor, control, and troubleshoot digital platforms.
  • Ensure compliance, testing, certifications.
  • Manage partnerships, alliances, and risk during merchant onboarding/transactions.
  • Supervise CRM/Helpdesk for efficient resolution.
  • Evaluate processes and suggest improvements.
  • Support IT projects and governance compliance.

💰 Pay Scale

  • Manager (MMGS-III): ₹85,920 – 1,05,280 (plus allowances & perks as per SBI rules).
  • Deputy Manager (MMGS-II): ₹64,820 – 93,960 (plus allowances & perks).
  • Other benefits: DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, LFC, Medical facility, Leave, etc.
  • Posting: Primarily Corporate Centre, Mumbai; transferable anywhere in India.

📑 Selection Process

  1. Shortlisting based on eligibility & parameters decided by Bank.
  2. Interview (100 marks; qualifying marks to be decided by SBI).
  3. Final Merit List: Based solely on Interview score. Tie-breaker → higher age candidate ranked higher.
