The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) Recruitment 2025. A total of 13,217 vacancies are announced for Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and Officers (Scale I, II & III) across participating RRBs.

📚 Educational Qualification
1. Office Assistants (Multipurpose)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
2. Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Preference: Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy.
3. Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer – Manager)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
- Preference: Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy.
4. Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers – Manager)
- IT Officer: BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/IT with 50% marks.
- Chartered Accountant (CA): Certified Associate from ICAI.
- Law Officer: Degree in Law (LLB) with 50% marks.
- Treasury Manager: CA or MBA in Finance.
- Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing.
- Agriculture Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture with 50% marks.
5. Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
- Preference: Degree/Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy.
